• to ensure compliance with statutory provisions, particularly also the provisions to protect young people, and with national and international copyright;
• not to save or to have stored or to refer to any harassing, threatening, damaging, impermissible or otherwise unlawful or unethical contents;
• not to offer, transmit to or to request the sending of any viruses, Trojan horses, junk emails, spam, or unsolicited mass emails;
• not to use any installations or applications which lead to or might lead to malfunctions in/changes to the physical or logical structure of the hot-spot server, the hot-spot network or other networks;
• not to use or operate any file-sharing services, or to copy, to disseminate or make publicly accessible in another way works protected by copyright, without the copyright holder’s consent.

We hereby inform you that you can be prosecuted for the above mentioned activities in accordance with the statutory provisions. Before using the system, you must ensure that your device is compatible with the services offered. The operator does not make any software, devices or system settings available whatsoever. The access data will be transmitted to the login page in encrypted form. For all other connections, suitable encryption methods (e.g. VPN, SSL) and security programs (e.g. antivirus and firewall software) are recommended. Availability, performance and transfer speed are not guaranteed. Delays, bad connections or temporary disruptions can occur. No liability of any kind whatsoever for the use or non-use of the services offered is assumed. The provider is entitled in its own discretion to block or stop any service, any material and/or any information, or to stop your access to the system. Should a provision of these General Usage Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining parts shall not be affected thereby.
